Levelling Agents :

Levatex CO 500 : Specific levelling agent for reactive and direct dyeing in critical conditions of cellulosic fibers; anionic. It prevents dyes precipitation and spots formation.

Levatex CO 4010 : Specific levelling/dispersing agent for reactive and direct dyeing in critical conditions of cellulosic fibers; anionic. It prevents dyes precipitation and spots formation.

Base Levatex CO : High Concentrated Specific levelling/dispersing sequestering agent for reactive and direct dyeing in critical conditions of cellulosic fibers; anionic. It prevents dyes precipitation and spots formation.

Base Levatex CO 723 : High concentrated complex substance of special surfactants, can be used for direct, reactive dyeing process. The concentrated product is developed for reducing cost of factories, has high valid ingredient and no APEO, nor prohibited material to eco.

Levatex PS 128 : Universal levelling-dispersing agent for the dyeing of polyester and blends.

Levatex PS 350 : Levelling-dispersing agent for the dyeing of polyester and blends, high yield in critical working conditions.

Levatex WS : Concentrated levelling-dispersing emulsifying agent for the dyeing of polyester and blends, high yield in critical working conditions.

Base Levatex BR : High concentrated levelling-dispersing agent for the dyeing of polyester and blends, high yield in critical working conditions.

Base Levatex PS : Highly Concentrated Leveling Agent compound of special surfactant. It is used for rapid dyeing of polyester and its blend at high temperature and high pressure and have properties of high efficiency, low foam and well levelling.

Base Levatex RS 810 : High concentrated high temperature super fine-denier leveling agent compound of fatty ester and is completely new generation levelling agent. It has very excellent performance and the best choice for super fine-denier dyeing.

Levatex RS 35 : High temperature super fine-denier levelling agent has very excellent performance and the best choice for super fine-denier dyeing.

Pennexol FTR : Special product for dyeing of raw cotton and their blends, it is multifunctional complex substance of special surfactants for the dyeing of cellulose. The concentrated product is developed for reducing cost of factories, has high valid ingredient.

Levatex FTR : Highly Concentrated Leveling Agent compound of special surfactant, used for dyeing of viscose and its blends.

Levatex CD : High yield, levelling agent for the dyeing of wool and PA fibers with acid and pre-metalized dyes.

Levatex HTW : Levelling agent for the protection of wool during HT dyeing even in blends with other fibers.

Levatex CLA : LeveLling agent for dyeing of acrylic fibers with cationic dyes.

 

Crack Mark Inhibitors :

LUBRATEX PO : Crack mark inhibitor for the dyeing of PA, PES, Cotton and blended fabrics.

BASE LUBRATEX PO : High class lubricant and anticrease for sensitive fabrics.

Dispersing & Sequestering Agents :

SEQUESTER AC 70 : Concentrated sequestering/dispersing agent for dyeing of cellulosic fibers and their blends. It can control both hardness and heavy metal ions, show excellent removal for iron, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff.

SEQUESTER AC 50 : Sequestering/dispersing agent for dyeing of cellulosic fibers and their blends. It can control both hardness and heavy metal ions, show excellent removal for iron, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff.

BASE SEQUESTER AC : High concentrated sequestering/dispersing agent for dyeing of cellulosic fibers and their blends. It can control both hardness and heavy metal ions, show excellent removal for iron, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff.

SEQUESTER ACP : Concentrated Sequestering/dispersing agent for all pre-treatments and dyeing of cellulosic fibers and their blends. It can control both hardness and heavy metal ions, show excellent removal for iron, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff, avoids precipitation in the bleaching baths when these are very concentrated with silicate and hardness.

SEQUESTER CSN01 : Concentrated Sequestering/dispersing agent for all pre-treatments and dyeing of cellulosic fibers and their blends. It can control both hardness and heavy metal ions, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff, avoids precipitation in the bleaching baths when these are very concentrated with silicate and hardness.

SEQUESTER AC 726 : High concentrated sequestering/dispersing has excellent chelating property to calcium, magnesium and also has excellent chelating and dispersing ability to iron ions, it has excellent dispersing ability to solid particles, can be used for pretreatment and dyeing process. It is a multi-functional, multi-purpose chelating and dispersing agent.

SEQUESTER PP 710 : High concentrated sequestering and dispersing agent developed specially for dyeing process according to Sequestering and dispersing theory. It has excellent properties of Sequestering calcium, magnesium, iron and other metallic ion, dispersing of solid particles. Can be used in pretreatment and dyeing process, is a multifunctional and all-purpose agent.

 

 

Fixing Agents :

FIXTEX RE : Formaldehyde-free fixing agent for dyes and prints on cellulosic fibers with indigo, direct and reactive dyes, formaldehyde-free, cationic.

FIXTEX CF 300 : Concentrated formaldehyde-free fixing agent for dyes and prints on cellulosic fibers with direct and reactive dyes, formaldehyde-free, cationic.

BASE FIXTEX CFW : High conc. formaldehyde-free fixing agent cationic multi-polymer. It can form water-insoluble macromolecular with anionic dyes. It can improve wash fastness and rub fastness of fabrics when combined with fiber. Different from common formaldehyde-free fixing agent, this product is designed for all kinds of color such as red and black dyes and enjoys excellent fixing efficiency with very small dosage, especially for soak fastness in boiling water. Show excellent removal for iron, it has no de-metalizing effect on dyestuff.

FIXTEX FCR : Chlorine-resistant fixing agent significantly improve fastness to chlorine and washing fastness of dyed or printed cotton fabric with reactive dyes. It is formaldehyde-free.

CATIONIZER TX : Cationic Fixing agent of dyeing with substantive, Pigment and reactive dyestuffs, on cellulosic fibers, Free Formaldehyde.

 

Wetting Agents :

WETTEX A 113 : High concentration nonionic wetting agent can be used concert with various nonionic or anionic agent and dyestuff, has excellent compatibility and broad applications. It has good stability to hard water, acid, alkali, and iongens.

WETTEX A 0335 : Wetting agent can be used concert with various nonionic or anionic agent and dyestuff, has excellent compatibility and broad applications. It has good stability to hard water, acid, alkali, and iongens.

Carriers for Dyeing :

CARRIERTEX 444 : Universal carrier and migrating agent for polyester dyeing with disperse dyestuffs.

CARRIERTEX HTH : Concentrated carrier and migrating agent for dyeing of polyester and polyester/wool blends, minimum smell.

CARRIERTEX N 13 : Concentrated carrier and migrating agent for disperse dyeing deep color of polyester and its blends fabrics and yarns at low temp., it has basically no peculiar smell. The product has no APEO and phthalates, accord with eco request.

 

Soaping and Cleaning Agents :

Washex Off CRD 750 : New compound that have a specific formula able to catch all the non reacted and hydrolyses dyes . It has excellent properties of dispersing, cleaning and anti-re-dyeing, can effectively remove loose color and has function of anti-back staining when used in soaping of dyeing and printing.

Washex Off CRD : Compound composed of polycarboxylic acid and polyoxyethylene ether. It has excellent properties of Sequestering, dispersing, cleaning and anti-re-dyeing, can effectively remove loose color and prevent re-dyeing when used in soaping of dyeing and printing.

Base Washex off DF-1 : Composed of Polyvinyl pyrrolidone(PVP) and other high molecular polymer, PVP has very good affinity with hydrolyzed reactive dyes, so it has excellent ability of anti staining and washing off and can effectively remove unfixed dyes and prevent re-dyeing when used as soaping agent after dyeing and printing. It is low temperature soaping agent and works at 60-80℃. It can make color of soaping residual more light.

Washex Off DF3 400 : Compound of multi-carboxylic, multi-hydroxyl and specially active inorganic salt. It has very good affinity with hydrolyzed reactive dyes, so it has excellent ability of anti staining and washing off and can effectively remove unfixed dyes and prevent re-dyeing when used as soaping agent after dyeing and printing. It can work at 60-90℃, but it has better performance at temperature of 80-90℃. It can make color of soaping residual more light.

Washex Off NCA 750 : New compound that have a specific formula able to catch all the non reacted and hydrolyses dyes . Washex Off AD 05 : Dispersing agent for scouring, washing and dyeing; improves solubility of dyestuffs; removes unfixed dyestuff during the washing-off process, disperses hardness and impurities present in cotton.

Washex Off CRW : Dispersing agent for scouring, washing and dyeing; improves solubility of dyestuffs; removes unfixed dyestuff during the washing-off process, disperses hardness and impurities present in cotton.

Washex Off TS 1010 : Universal washing and dyeing; improves solubility of dyestuffs; removes unfixed dyestuff during the washing-off process, disperses hardness and impurities present in cotton.

 

Antifoaming Agents :

 

Pilitex CO 630 : Silicone free defoamer with outstanding effect in dyeing, finishing and printing; is stable and fully effective in bath containing salt and alkali.

Pilitex SD 8510: Anhydrous antifoam easy dispersible and alkaline resistant antifoaming agent for the textile industry based on an organo-modified Silicone.

It is used in alkaline mediums up to 100 °C in finishing processes like (Bleaching – Washing - Scouring – kier-boiling - Dyeing (vat and reactive dyes) )

Pilitex SD 7757: Anhydrous antifoaming agent used to prepare temperature and shear stable antifoam agents for the textile industry. It is especially suitable for the application under high shear stress and high temperature in a not too alkaline media.

Pilitex SC 50 : Silicone-based antifoaming agent for aqueous systems.

 

Others :

 

Brightex DA : Organic acid donor for the dyeing of PA with acid and pre-metalized dyes.

Antimig CH : Anti-migrating agent used in dyeing of polyester, cotton and blends, compatible with anionic and non-ionic dyestuffs.

Antimig INK : Anti-migrating agent used in INK-JET printing pre-treatment of polyester and blends fabrics; no effect on hand of final article; lightly anionic.

Oxidizing LU : Oxidizing agent for vat and sulphur dyes, anti reducing agent for different dyes.

Remotex 735 : High concentrated Reductive Cleaning Agent formed of mixture of special reductive and surfactant and has relatively strong sequestering and dispersing effect. It has a good reductive ability with wide pH Value and is used as reductive in place of caustic soda and sodium hydro sulfite after polyester and its blends is dyed. It also removes floating dyes and pigment and improve fastness to color.

Remotex 735 : High concentrated Reductive Cleaning Agent formed of mixture of special reductive and surfactant and has relatively strong sequestering and dispersing effect. It has a good reductive ability with wide pH Value and is used as reductive in place of caustic soda and sodium hydro sulfite after polyester and its blends is dyed. It also removes floating dyes and pigment and improve fastness to color.

Statemax KD: High polymer of polyoxyethylene and used for polyester, acrylic, Nylon, silk, wool and other blended fabrics. It has excellent moisture absorbance electrical conductivity and anti soil after finishing. It also can improve anti-pilling. It is ECO product.

 Cellulase Max L 9772: Neutral cellulase liquid product manufactured by the controlled liquid submerged fermentation and advanced post treatment process. The product is suitable for the biopolishing process in fabrics.

Cellulase Max L 977 CONC: Highly concentrated neutral cellulase liquid product can degrade cellulose. It is especially suitable for removal hairs of cellulose fabric or its blends. It can make the fabric surface smoothing and soft and luster.

Jet Cleaner: Surfactant - Dispersing agent for cleaning dyeing machinery, especially for removing fats and polyester oligomers.
